Public performances :
- FOSDEM
  - Our submission is accepted! Matthieu and Laurent will work on it next week
- JDLL
  - Laurent will submit a conf
- RMLL
  - 2016: no RMLL in mainland France this year: this will happend at Réunion, FR. But M2V won't be present…
  - 2017: RMLL will be at Grenoble.

Mail2Voice Next
- We validated the action map submitted by Matthieu
  - see the pad for content (private access, but we can share, so: ask for details!)
  - a timetable is defined
- We validated to split Mail2Voice into two sub-projects:
  - The base client mail: a generic mail engine, which can be reused for any needs by anyone
  - The Mail2Voice extension (HMI): for Mail2Voice user's special needs
- Project policy:
  - A new repo will be created on GitHub for the base client in few days by Laurent
  - After a little brainstorming, the name for this client base could be 'RockMail'.
- User needs
  - we made a list of user requirements
  - see the pad for content (private access, but we can share, so: ask for details!)

TO DO

Laurent:
- In 3 days: create the base-client project on GitHub
- Work on the template for confs
Matthieu:
- Think to the FOSDEM conf
