This is from the outbox you prepare messages to send.
The mailing box allows you to select the recipient of the message, write a text message (or leave the default one), to record a voice message, to attach attachments and of course to send the message.
Recipient's choice:
If the recipient is already in your address book, simply click on its picture on the left side of the screen that shows all of your contacts. Therefore, in the edit part of the message address will be pre-filled.
If the recipient is not already in your address book you can simply enter the address manually.
Writing a text message:
The areas of title and body of the messages are always in text mode.
Mail2Voice pre-fill by default these areas (see settings for customization), but also allows a message by message adjustment. Therefore if you have the ability to write your messages you can do so here.
Voice recording message:
The "REcord" button is used to start voice recording of your message.
Click once on the button and talk to your microphone, click a second time and the recording stops. Your message is ready to send the voice recording will be attached in mp3 format.
The buttons 'play', 'pause' and 'stop' allow replay your voice recording.
Note: you can not edit or resume record, if your check does not suit you must do it again totally, to do this click again on the button 'Record'.
Add attachment:
This is an attachment browser.
Clicking on the 'Attach' opens a window allowing you to choose the file you want to attach. Repeat this as many times as you want to attach files.
The 'Remove' button to remove a file previously attached.
The rest of the button is the same as the browser attached parts receiving panel.
Cancel Message:
You do not want to send your message?
Just click the 'Cancel' button on the left, your message being prepared will be permanently erased.
Send message:
Your message is ready to go: click on the button 'send' on the right.
Mail2Voice perform sending, its success or failure will be indicated vocally.
